Default Mech Modeling and cell shading - Question

I have heard that the Mech Modeling & Cell Shading (Mechbot tut) does not actually include the “Cell Shading” portion? Is this true? I’m interested in purchasing the series for a project I’m working on but will only do so if it also includes the “Cell Shading” section. Can someone verify this? Thanks!

I see that a lot of people may be interested in this answer but no one has made an attempt to do so. I tried to email under "Contact Us" (webmaster@simplymaya.com) and was returned a message undeliverable??? Anyways, I hope to hear soon.

I have the Mech tutes and it does not have the cell shading, just modeling, UV's, and texturing.
