Default Camera Size in layout?

Hello, I assume this is a simple question, hopefully with a simple soloution.

When loading new objects into the layout 1 of two things happen,

a. the camera changes in size
b. the whole scene changes in size and the camera stays the same

Why is this happening? how do I prevent this or at least control this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

In layout, open your display options (press the D key), and select the grid size. That will adjust the size of the camera and the lights as well.

Hope that helps.

The problem you are experiencing is because of the disparity in scale between your objects. Until a keyframe is set, Lightwave will try to scale the grid and camera to keep everything in shot. Simply set a keyframe at frame zero for the camera, and you'll find that it stops moving around.
