Default Female WIP [nudity]

Here's a character that i've been working on for well over a year now. I am going to start animating the character soon and i have spent the last couple of days setting up some endomorphs.

Any feedback you have will be welcomed

Nice model there ricewind.

I'd say the expression morphs need a little further work to them to make them look more natural as it only seems to be the mouth area that's moving (for the most part) - try to get some further movement into the cheek area of the model. This is especially noticable in the final pose where she's winking - it looks as though only the eyelid has been posed - not sure about everyone else, but whenever I wink, my cheek and the corner of my mouth on that side tend to reach upwards, the temple area at the side of the eye tends to crease slightly, and the underside of the other eylid tends to pull inwards slightly...

Looks really good! I wish I was that good with Sub-d. My only comment is the two triangles on her neck. Were those intentional?

Small update here, i haven't had much time to spend working on this recently.

Here's a quick animaton test to see how the morph shapes look when animated.

I like your modelling and the animation test, sure there is a few things that can make the character more realistic, but as it stands it works really well, although are you going to texture this character?

Look on the web or on a file sharing program for Maya character animation PDF, it gives you all the poses a basic face can make, like when smiling the forehead goes back cheeks go up etc.

Other than that, you got skills m8.

Thanks,

I have done some textures here but i've been too busy lately to do much work on this. I'll try to get an update posted soon.

I'll post this just to show an update on what i've been doing.

Textures are not finished yet and i have to re-work the UV maps in some areas as i'm getting stretching on closeups.

I've also tried some simple animation as well. Here's my first attempt at a walk cycle.

looks really good all over. only C+C at the moment is the sholder to arm conection looks a bit unrealistic. Would be very nice also to see the face with hair.
